The Uganda Project by Hardis Mojave is a monumental achievement that will have a lasting impact on the local community.
This self-contained single-block concept is spread across an impressive 50,000 square feet, incorporating a range of amenities to provide a self-sufficient living experience.
One of the most notable features of the project is the well-planned auditorium, capable of accommodating up to 40,000 people. The HVAC system, with a capacity of around 2,000 TR, is designed to cater to a 5-star hotel, multiple dormitories, accommodations, shopping, and meeting halls, ensuring optimal comfort for all occupants. The specialty air conditioning system incorporates precooling options using low ambient temperatures, treated with UV protection systems to prevent contamination from diseases such as Covid and maintain the correct oxygen level.
In addition to providing comfort and convenience, the project is equipped with state-of-the-art fire detection, protection, suppression, and evacuation systems. The rainwater harvesting facility, water treatment facility, and effluent treatment for reusing water make the project environmentally sustainable. The building management system, which includes the HVAC system, electrical and lighting system, lift and escalator management system, and CCTV and surveillance system, ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the entire building.
The Uganda Project is a shining example of how thoughtful and innovative design can positively impact a community.
